IMPORTANT NOTICE:

- For prolonged periods, prices can be altered upon request and based on the number of occupants and length of vacation.

- Children below 3 yrs. old are free-of-charge

- Dog friendly. Pets are allowed regardless of size (prior notice is expected,20/night)

- Linens are provided, weekly changing (if one requests to add a change, cost is 12/change)

- 50% deposit is mandatory upon reservation (otherwise reservation is considered invalid)

- Booking cancellations are allowed up to 15 days prior to arrival otherwise the 50% deposit is non- refundable

- All accounts must be settled upon arrival

- Check-in starts at 16:00 p.m and rooms should be vacated by 10:00 a.m on the day of departure

- Common areas such as the "Reception Hall" have video-surveillance systems intended for the clients major-security

- The hotel reserves the right in case of necessity, (upon arrival or duration of stay) to change the Client's booking to a different room or offer alternative choices of facilities regardless of its price without extra-charge.
